We offer virtual and in-person therapy to residents of Washington, and mental health consultations to people across the world. At Pranh Healing & Wellness, we're all about making mental health support easy to get and really thorough. We've got a bunch of therapy options, like virtual and in-person sessions, specifically for folks living right here in Washington state. This means we can meet you wherever you're most comfortable, whether that's chilling at home or in one of our dedicated in-person spots.
But we don't stop there!
Beyond our therapy services for Washington residents, we share our mental health know-how with people all over the world through Therapy Ally consultations for therapy seekers. These consultations are designed to give guidance, insights, and some initial support to anyone globally, helping them figure out different mental health hurdles and understand their care options better.
We also offer supervision and consultation to mental health professionals who are interested in a decolonial and liberatory practice that is culturally attuned and feedback-informed.
Our big goal is to knock down geographical walls between mental health ecosystems and make mental health resources way more accessible to everyone who needs them.

Given the racial nature of the immigration system in the U.S, there is an intersectional impact of immigration status and race.
As a first-generation immigrant in the U.S., Dr. Gitika Talwar ("Dr. G") has personal and professional experience that makes her uniquely qualified to address the mental health needs of immigrants in the U.S. She is a former international student from India (from Maharashtra!), who has also survived the Green Card Backlog that plagues Indian immigrants in the U.S.
Dr. G offers customized workshops for groups and organizations interested in mental health of immigrant and BIPOC communities.
I have an upcoming CE-granting training on this topic:
From Immigration to Homecoming: Supporting the Mental Health Needs of Immigrant Clients
